Research Project Roadmap

A staged, evidence-led program connecting Phase 1 findings to proposed Phase 2 work, decision gates and future property-specific diligence.

Phase 1 completedPhase 2 pausedICM source and approval gates
Authorization boundary. Phase 1 is the recorded completed research stage. Phase 2's October 14 pause was lifted October 18, 2026. IT-R01 and IT-R02 now have substantive interim public-source research checkpoints; none of the eight work packages is complete. Paid records, third-party outreach, counsel and transaction advice remain outside the public-source approval.

Public Edition Release Register · v1.1.0

The version shown in the site's shared subtitle is the public publication edition. It is separate from the historical platform capability milestones v1.0–v1.9 listed below, and separate from the dates and finality of legal research reports. The platform rows are retained for auditability; they do not determine the live public edition.

v1.1.0 · CurrentOctober 18, 2026 · Public-facing corrections, first-visitor navigation, social previews, source links, selected timeline and GIS/editorial acceptance testsReader experience and research-publication maintenance; no Phase 2 completion representedPhase 1 original report unchanged; new timeline additions individually sourced
v1.0.2October 18, 2026 · High-contrast timeline/controls and release-version governanceArchive UI/accessibility maintenance + release-control protocol (platform hardening previously proposed as v1.9)No new treaty/title findings; existing original research cutoff unchanged
v1.0.1October 18, 2026 · Public version subtitle and linked revision historyReader-facing provenance and change-disclosure implementationNo new legal findings
v1.0.0 · BaselineOctober 18, 2026 · Five-territory publication, GIS references, related dossiersTerritorial coverage expansion and map evidence desk; independent from historical v1.0–v1.6 platform milestonesNew qualified introductory dossiers; original Phase 1 snapshot retained

Mandatory protocol for every publication release

  1. Identify scope: change request must name the affected roadmap work package or platform maintenance item, evidence status, and source cutoff.
  2. Classify the edition: PATCH for styling/corrections/maintenance, MINOR for new publicly released research or functions, MAJOR for significant edition overhaul. Increment monotonically before requesting a production merge; never silently reset or reuse a number.
  3. Reconcile three public artifacts: update the shared header's VERSION, the newest dated revision-history entry, and the current Roadmap Publication Release Register in the same release PR.
  4. Preserve evidentiary history: identify changed legal findings, newly verified sources, unresolved questions and source-retrieval dates. Do not present technical release status as attorney-verified research.
  5. Gate the release: run consistency/monotonicity validations, editorial source and privacy QA, browser/contrast/accessibility checks, then merge only after approval; verify Render deployment and the public subtitle.
  6. No change, no bump: rerunning the same release without changes must preserve the edition. Any changed public page/content, including errata, requires a recorded edition bump. Rollbacks receive an explicit dated entry instead of reusing an older public number.

Accountability: Golden Eagle Studios LLC controls release authorization; an automated release test verifies consistency but never independently authorizes new substantive legal conclusions.

Website Development Roadmap

Technical implementation and research are separate workstreams

Historical platform series, not the live publication edition: The following v1.0–v1.9 labels track site-capability milestones created before publication-wide versioning began. These original labels are preserved for provenance. The current reader-visible publication version is v1.1.0 above. A deployed webpage does not certify the title, current legal status, funding, land-use or jurisdiction of a specific property.
