How to interpret the chronology
The timeline selects dated events from historical reservation geography, modern fee or restricted-fee transactions, federal law, infrastructure, and court records. Oil Spring requires a separate, source-specific territory dossier rather than assigning an unsupported event date. Events are selected for research relevance rather than presented as an exhaustive legal history. Consult the original evidence for ratification, dates, scope and subsequent treatment.
